Over the past 8 years I’ve been active in the recruitment industry, focusing on Direct Search, Interim Management, and Project Staffing. My experience at two different recruitment agencies gave me a broad view in terms of what works well, where challenges typically arise, and how recruitment can create value for both companies and candidates.
I travelled solo for a year through Asia, South America, and Central America. From Hanoi to Ushuaia, from dive sites in the Galapagos to canyon villages in Peru .
Zooming out allowed me to reflect on my previous experiences, as well as my next steps. I’ve always had an entrepreneurial heart, and this trip gave me insights, a new drive, and a clear direction.
That’s why I founded Peopl. Rooted in curiosity about people, but built with respect for context, culture, and personal connection.
